Atlantic Development purchased 20 acres in Topsham, Maine, and developed Topsham Crossing, a 200,000 square-foot retail center, now home to Target, Starbucks, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Petco and Dick’s Sporting Goods. This center brought over 200 new jobs to the area and pays the Town over $400,000 per year in new real estate taxes.
“I was very impressed with Atlantic’s approach to the project development and the review process. They always maintained a very professional manner with respect to the Planning Board, and to members of the public who raised concerns about the project. They brought an experienced team of planners, architects and engineers to the review and construction processes and were always willing to take the extra step needed to resolve an issue or conflict.”
Richard Roedner, Topsham Planning Director
